Ingredients

1 hour
4 servings
  1. 1 onion
  2. 1 canmushroom soup
  3. 4 largechicken breasts
  4. 1 largeonion
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1 dashwhatever seasongs you cook with ( i use meat tenderizer, ginger powder, garlic salt, onion powder, parsley and a little black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Take chicken and mix seasonings together and put over chicken ( or if not using seasonings skip this step) in large cooking pan

  3. 3

    open cream of mushroom soup and put into a bowl then add milk and mix well until creamy

  4. 4

    pour over chicken breasts

  5. 5

    Peel the onion and slice into strips then add to chicken

  6. 6

    Put in oven for 30-60 min. The longer it cooks the tenderer it gets

  7. 7

    serve with rice or mashed potatoes
