  • 5 dashapple cider vinegar
  • 5 stickthyme
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 250 mlbeer
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 1onion

    prepare the veggies and cut fine

  2. 2

    mix everything together except the meat. And heat it in a pot to 65 Celsius (to avoid bacteria and boost the flavors)

  3. 3

    Cool it down till room temperature and massage the steaks in the marinade for 5-10 minutes

  4. 4

    let the meat rest and tenderize for 8 hours to 48 hours

  5. 5

    Heat a grill pan to maximum heat, you will se a bit of smoke when you look at the pan

  6. 6

    take the meat out of the marinade and rub it in oil. then put it on the pan for 2-4 minutes each sides and let it rest for 10 minutes. On a chopping board. right before eating just put the. eat on the pan for 10-30 sec each sides and serve
