Easy to Make and Very Soft Spare Rib Stew

I had some leftover spare ribs from a barbecue...I didn't want to oven-roast them yet again, so I created this recipe.
I dont have any hints.
Just make sure to stir the stew so that it doesn't burn Recipe by ayarui

Steps
- 1
Cut the carrot into rolling slices. Cut the onion into wedges.
- 2
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on spare ribs.
- 3
Lightly coat a pan with oil, and cook the spare ribs until brown.
- 4
Add the cut vegetables and stir fry.
- 5
When the vegetables are coated with oil, add wine, water and demi-glace sauce.
- 6
Bring it to a boil. Add a soup stock cube and tomato ketchup, then simmer. Skim off the scum.
- 7
Simmer over low heat for about 2 hours. Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning. Set a kitchen timer to alert yourself.
- 8
It's done. The meat will easily come off from the bone.
