1 largered onion
1 mediumred bell pepper
1 mediumyellow bell pepper
2 lbpeeled, deveined, large, cooked shrimp with tails
1 cupketchup
1/2 cupchopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cupfresh lime juice
3 tbsporange zest
1/2 cupfresh orange juice
2or 3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce choppef

cut onion and bell peppers into thin strips.

layer with shrimp in large zip top plastic bag

whisk together ketchup and next 5 ingredients

pour mixture over shrimp mixture . Seal and chill 12 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally

serve using slotted spoon

serve in large class bowl
