Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1/4 cupflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 tspground cinnamon, divided
  4. 6 cupsliced, peeled, fresh ripe peaches or 2 sixteen ounce pkgs. frozen sliced peaches
  5. 1cooking spray
  6. 2 tbspsugar
  7. 1 packagesrefrigerated pie crust
  8. 1 largeegg white, lightly beaten

Cooking Instructions

    oven 350

    lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and one half tsp. cinnamon in small bowl. place peaches in baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar mixture, let stand 30 minutes

    use 1 pie crust. Lay out flat and brush with egg white, sprinkle with one fourth tsp, cinnamon and 2 tablespoon. sugar

    cut dough into 16 wedges. place wedges on baking sheet coated with cooking spray

    bake at 350 for 15 minutes until golden. Set aside

  6. 6

    bake peaches at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly

  7. 7

    arrange crust over peaches. Serve warm
