  2. 6 clovecoarsely pound or dice garlic
  3. 3 smalleach deseeded bird's eye red chili pepper
  4. PLUM SAUCE MIXTURE
  5. 5 tbspplum sauce
  6. 3 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 2 tspsugar

    FRIED FISH

    deep fry fish till crispy and drain on paper towel

    SPICY GARLIC PLUM SAUCE

    in pan with 1 tsp of oil lightly brown pounded garlic but not totally brown

    add red chili pepper and plum sauce mixture and off heat and mix well
