Steps

Add besan,salt,sugar,turmeric powder,dry yeast in a mixing bowl,add some water and make a dhokla batter.

Keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Pour batter in a dhokla mold and staemed it for 15-20 minutes.

Cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chillies when crackle spread this tadka on dhokla.

Serve with chutney....
