Steps

Wash the fish and drain out the water

Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder.

Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Take a pan and heat the oil.

Fry the fish in both side till the slightly brown and keep aside.

Now heat Kadai and put on oil.

Add the slice onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric power and salt to taste, stir it.

Add the tomato and pea. Cook until the tender.

Now add water and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the fried fish and cover with the lid.

Cook for another 8-10 minutes it's became tender.

Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
