Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsbeef brisket
  2. 1/2onion
  3. 1large tomato
  4. Cilantro
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. 1chicken bouillon cube
  8. Tortillas

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the meat in a pot with a little salt until the meat is tender.

  2. 2

    Shred the meat using your fingers or a fork.

  3. 3

    Chop the tomato, onion, and cilantro, and sauté them with a little oil. Then add the shredded meat and cook everything together with the vegetables. Add the chicken bouillon cube and a little water if you want it juicy.

    If you like, chop a bit more onion, cilantro, and radish to enhance the flavor when the taco is ready. Enjoy!
