I guess we all have our cooking tales. The first time I made chin chin was a disaster. From soggy to too sugary. I was laughed at. But with continuous errors and trials, I arrived at this recipe.

I guess we all have our cooking tales. The first time I made chin chin was a disaster. From soggy to too sugary. I was laughed at. But with continuous errors and trials, I arrived at this recipe.
Steps

Mix flour, baking powder, egg, magarine, milk.

Gradually add water to get a soft pliable dough. The dough shouldn't be too strong.

Knead to get a smooth dough.

Roll out on a clean board using a rolling pin.

Cut out into tiny squares or preferable sizes

Heat oil and fry in batches until brown
- 7
Allow to cool completely before keeping in an air tight container.
