Preheat oven 350°f

Cream together butter oil and all sugars

Add in eggs and vanilla milk cinnamon and nutmeg

Peel and mash your bananas in your mixture until no big chunks

In separate bowl wisk all dry ingredients together

This is the make it or break it part guys..be careful do not over mix I do this whisking by hand you don't want rubbery bread!!..scoop dry ingredients in mix until it just comes together and there is no more flour visible..make sure you scrape sides and bottom to get all the flour in there..I add my nuts if useing while adding the flour so I dont over mix

Pour in a buttered and floured loaf pan or no stick spray..or even better use parchment paper and let it hang over the sides a bit so you can just plop it right out

Bake four 45 mins to one hour or until toothpick instead doesnt have batter on it when poked in bread and removed..a few crumbs is ok..no batter though
