This recipe is a family favorite.

Mix the batter until smooth.
These taste the best eaten as-is, but you can also make a ten-don style rice bowl, roll the crab sticks in nori seaweed before coating in the batter, or even use them in an onigiri rice ball (like ten-musu, tempura rice balls). I can't stop thinking of variations.
Oh, and you can add leftover to fried rice. For 1 plateful. Recipe by Beru

  1. 1 bagImitation crab sticks
  2. 2 tbsp●Cake flour
  3. 1/3 tsp●Baking powder
  4. 1/3 tsp●Dashi stock granules
  5. 1/2 tsp●Cooking sake
  6. 1 dash●Salt and pepper
  7. 20 ml●Water
  8. 1Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the ● ingredients together to make the batter. Coat the crab sticks evenly with the batter, deep fry in medium temperature oil and it's done.

    Crab stick and broccoli ten-don style mixed rice.
