In a large skillet heat the oil in med high heat. Peel and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces

Add to oil. Next cut onions into smaller pieces. Then add to oil. Add seasoning salt to taste. Stirring frequently.

Let fry until potatoes are cooked and onions are cooked. About 25 minutes.

Add kielbasa last 10 minutes of cooking. make sure it's cut into bite sized pieces. serve hot.
