Mama's delight - Pizza

Mama bought a big bag of mushrooms for our family breakfast baffet and did not want to keep them in the fridge so she decided to make this "turned out to be" delightful pizza for lunch. This is one recipe I would proudly say it came from a loving heart.

Mama bought a big bag of mushrooms for our family breakfast baffet and did not want to keep them in the fridge so she decided to make this "turned out to be" delightful pizza for lunch. This is one recipe I would proudly say it came from a loving heart.
Steps

Mix flour and baking powder first, then add yoghourt to form a nice pizza dough.

Set the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes. This will improve its elasticity.

While waiting on your dough, slice your Mushrooms, viennas and ham to bitable pieces.

Mix all your sources together and set aside.

shred your cheese and set it aside.

After 10 minutes take your dough and divide it into two balls.

Take one ball and start rolling it onto your floured rolling board into a nice circle.

This should give you a 18cm base for your pizza

Pour your sauce mixture to cover the pizza base and it should be enough to make your pizza juicy.

Scatter your ham, viennas and Mushrooms all around, then top it with grated cheese.

put it into your oven for 15 minutes or until the base is brown in color.
