Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3eggs (beaten)
  2. 1 cupdark karo syrup
  3. 1 tspvanilla
  4. 1/8 tspsalt
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1 tbspmelted butter
  7. 1 tbspflour
  8. 1 lbpecans (chopped)

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    mix all incrediants (adding pecans last)

  2. 2

    pour into pastry shell & bake in 375°F oven for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    reduce heat to 325°F & bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

  4. 4

    Pie will set up after removing so don't over bake.

  5. 5

    makes 2 regular depth pies (not deep dish)
