Grind the overnight soaked walnuts into a fine paste..

Take a kadai heat desi ghee.. add walnut paste.. roast till aromat and slightly change it's colour..

Now add milk and sugar and cook it for 10 to 15 min.. then add chopped dry fruits and saffron strands.. add cardamom powder in the last.. ur walnut delight is ready to eat...
