1. In a bowl add bread crumbs, rice flour, chopped onion and chilli, cumin seeds, curd and salt and mix well.

Prepare a batter thick enough to make balls

Once the balls are prepared, poke a hole into it's center, giving it a shape of normal medu vada
- 4
Once they are prepared, fry them in the oil till golden brown and serve with coconut chutney and Sambhar.
