Heat a pan and add oil

Now fry the fish well

Remove the fish and fry the onion for a little while

Now add the blanched veggies and saute adding salt and ginger garlic crush.

Now add the blanched tomato cubes mix and remove from heat.

Take a serving dish and arrange the veggies putting the fish over it.

Now take the boiled egg and cut into two halves

Place the egg on the both side.

Finally garnish it with grated cheese and black pepper powder.

Serve it hot along with a slice of lemon and slitted green chillies
