Ryan's Golden Sub

My mom really liked publix's golden sub that they made for a short time. So this was my attempt to match/improve on it which she and I ended up liking this one better. Pictures to come soon next time I make it.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut your loaf in half. Then cut open your two halves of bread. (You can use any foot long bread but I prefer french bread).
- 2
Cut your two slices of cheese in half diagonally. Then place two halves on each of your 6inch pieces of bread.
- 3
Lay 8 slices of meat on each 6inch half of bread on top of your cheese.
- 4
Now you're going to put 4 slices of bacon in the microwave and heat them up for however long is required for that type of bacon.
- 5
After heating up the bacon put 2 slices on each side of your 6inch bread slices. Careful bacon will probably be hot.
- 6
Now add any mustard or sauces you like to the sandwich (honey mustard works good)
- 7
Put the whole sandwich in the micro wave for 2 minutes (if you want a hot sandwich which I recommend).
- 8
Now add however much lettuce you would like. Next add your french fried onions, not too many but about a handful for each half or the sandwich.
- 9
Add any salt or pepper you want and Presto your golden sub is complete.

Snackle box Sub/ sandwich bar Snackle box Sub/ sandwich bar
All ingredients are of choice, use what you have / what you like. Easy for subs or sandwiches , everything is all in one place easier to make subs or sandwiches. One of our favorites to make other than the salad bar one. Can use multiple containers one for vegetables and one for meats. I ran out of room on this one there, i still had banana peppers, lettuce, baby spinach, to use but not enough to use another container. In this one pictured I used: mushrooms, red onions, cucumber, black olives, ham, and turkey, lunchmeat, pepperoni and salami, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and provolone cheese. Some compartments have two things in them: the meats and cheeses . This is a great option for on the go to take somewhere or even food prep . We like to pick out of throughout the week for lunches and restock as needed. snackle time -

When making eggplant parmigiana for dinner, I make a mental note to make a little more for delicious sandwiches the next day. Lionhead Meatball Sub Lionhead Meatball Sub
I had 3 of these huge Lionhead meatballs. I do like meatball subs. I only like certain condiments on my regular meatball subs. So these meatballs are Asian style, so I said to myself, self, I need something similar to Asian cuisine. Without just making it I had some of this Mayochup my daughter got me to try. It kinda reminds me of yum yum sauce. So that is the origin of this recipe. skunkmonkey101
