Mint Chocolate Cookie Bark
I came across this recipe years ago and people ask for it every year. Makes wonderful gifts and you will be asked for the recipe time and time again.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large cookie sheet with foil. Lay your graham crackers out to cover the cookie sheet. You can break them apart to help use all of the space. Takes about 2 packages or a little less. Pour both packages of chips over the crackers and spread evenly trying to cover all of the crackers. Place in the oven and watch carefully. Takes only 3-5 minutes to melt the chips. Once they are melted (they will be shiny) take out of the oven and use a fork to start swirling the chips to create this yummy goodness. Let harden on the pan and break apart and enjoy. Store in an airtight container. Makes great gifts. If you love Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies you will LOVE this recipe.
