I use this same batter for both of my Strawberry and Oreo cheesecakes. They both came out good as my host family members liked them a lot. The Strawberry is added 1 hour before serving. The Oreo is added right before that batter is ready to go to the oven.

I use this same batter for both of my Strawberry and Oreo cheesecakes. They both came out good as my host family members liked them a lot. The Strawberry is added 1 hour before serving. The Oreo is added right before that batter is ready to go to the oven.

Ingredients

  1. 16 ozcream cheese
  2. 16 ozsour cream
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 3/4 cupgranulated sugar
  5. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Make sure Cream Cheese is soften by putting it at room temperature for around 2 hours before using.

    Preheat the oven to 350°F

  3. 3

    Mix Cream Cheese and Sugars

  4. 4

    Add vanilla extract, sour cream and mix

  5. 5

    Break each egg into the mixture and mix, one by one.

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture into the Graham shells. Put in the oven for about 28-31 minutes. Check by poking a knife through the cake, if there is nothing sticks to the knife when it is pulling out then the cheesecake is good to go.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate overnight. The cheesecake should settle down when it is cooled.
