Line a square (12x12 is best) dish with tin foil. Use cooking spray and spray the foil lightly. Set aside

Put Chocolate Morsels, condensed milk, and butter in a microwave safe bowl. Put in microwave for 2 minutes. Pull out of microwave and add the vanilla. Stir mix until smooth and creamy ONLY microwave again if it needs it try and use heat of bowl to melt all chocolate. Pout into dish and put in refrigerator for 2 hours pull out cut and serve
