Ingredients

  • 1 canChickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed well
  • 1/2 cupTahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 cloveGarlic, peeled
  • 1/2 largeJuice from lemon
  • 1 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbspFresh parsley, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except parsley into a food processor. Process until smooth. Put hummus into a bowl and sprinkle parsley over the top.
