Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F

finely crush 24 oreos and mix with melted butter

Press crust mixture onto the bottom of a baking pan

In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar till well mixed

Add sour cream and vanilla and mix again

Beat in 1 egg at a time till each is well blended

Crush remaining oreos and stir into batter

Pour over crust and bake for 35 - 40mins until sides are set and center is almost set

Cool completely

when completely cooled cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours till chilled

When chilled, cut into Bite - size pieces

Melt chocolate in two separate bowls and drizzle over the cheese cake bars

Chill again until ready too serve

Drizzled bites can be frozen in an airtight container for up to a month
