Ingredients

  1. 700 gramsbeef / veal
  2. 3onion
  3. 1 literflour
  4. 200 gramssour cream
  5. 200 gramswater
  6. 1salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the meat into medium slices. Fry on a pan with oil and put on a separate plate. Leave the pan with meat juice and oil for the next step / Мясо вымыть , нарезать средними пластинками , обжарить в сковороде на подсолнечном масле и сложить в казан.

    Peal and cut the onions (in semicircles), fry on the same pan where the meat was / Почистить лук, нарезать полукольцами и обжарить на сковороде, где жарилось мясо

  3. 3

    Fry onions till golden brown, then add a table spoon of flour, sour cream and water. Mix together (you can add more flour/water, etc for the right consistency) / когда лук станет золотистым добавить ложку муки перемешать и добавить сметану и воду,

  4. 4

    Add pepper, mix and wait till boiling, then add meat. Set on low fire and stew until ready / Поперчить, хорошенько перемешать, дать закипеть и вылить в казан. Поставить на маленький огонь и тушить до готовности!
