  1. 4 ozCream Cheese; softened
  2. 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper
  3. 1 cupMexican Style Shredded Four Cheese; with a touch of cream cheese
  4. 4 sliceBacon; crumbled
  5. 2 tbspOnions; finely chopped
  6. 2 tbspCilantro; chopped
  7. 1 cloveGarlic; minced
  8. 18Jalapeño Peppers; cut lengthwise in half; seeds & membranes removed

    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the jalapeño peppers. Spoon the mixture into the peppers. Place the jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet, filled sides up.

  3. 3

    Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
