Ingredients

  • 4 ozCream Cheese; softened
  • 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper
  • 1 cupMexican Style Shredded Four Cheese; with a touch of cream cheese
  • 4 sliceBacon; crumbled
  • 2 tbspOnions; finely chopped
  • 2 tbspCilantro; chopped
  • 1 cloveGarlic; minced
  • 18Jalapeño Peppers; cut lengthwise in half; seeds & membranes removed

    Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the jalapeño peppers. Spoon the mixture into the peppers. Place the jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet, filled sides up.

    Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
