Cut & fold method

Melt the Dark chocolate & butter by dubble boiling method

Then add sugar to egg and mix with the help of whisker, after that add few drop of essence

Add Refine flour, walnut, baking powder,baking soda mix it.

Now add all ingredients like dark chocolate,egg ingredient and that refine flour ingredient with the help of cut and fold method.

Then leave it to bake at the temperature of 180 for an about 30-35 minute

After that do plating accordingly
