2 cupsmilk
8garlic cloves finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1 TBSginger finely chopped
1 cuptomato paste
to tasteSalt
2 TBSbutter
1/2TS black pepper powder
1/2TS all spice powder

Heat a pan add oil when heat add garlic ginger onion one by one

Saute...add spinach saute on full flame

When moisture goes evaporated add milk stir continuously

Add tomato paste add salt according to taste and black pepper powder

Finish with 1/2 TS all spice powder
