Steps

Make a tight dough with Maida; salt; Azwain; oil and water

Allow to rest for 20min

Make chapati out of it and cut length wise with knife.

Make long strips or short strips as u like
- 5
Deep fry them on low medium flame till golden brown

Put them on paper towel and sprinkle chat masala if you want
