Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsflour
  2. 250 gramsmagarine
  3. Baking powder
  4. Seasoning
  5. Pepper
  6. Onions
  7. Fried  mashed mackerel fish
  8. 4 tablespoonvegetable oil
  9. Egg wash for sealing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour, baking powder, magarine to for a soft dough. Knead until smooth and pliable. Set aside

  2. 2

    Add vegetable oil to pan,place on heat. Add the onions, curry and thyme. Mashed fried fish, peppers and mix.

  3. 3

    Add seasoning, taste for salt. Remove from heat and set aside to cool

  4. 4

    Cut out a chunk of dough and flatten using a rolling pin.

  5. 5

    Cut out a retangular shape. Add the filling. Brush the insides with egg wash.

  6. 6

    Fold by rolling up to the other end. Seal up

  7. 7

    Cut out desired sizes and bake in a preheated oven for 35minutes or less. Depending on your oven type.
