Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 500 gramsflour
  2. 250 gramsmagarine
  3. Baking powder
  4. Fried mashed mackerel fish
  5. Carrots diced
  6. Irish potatoes parboiled and diced
  7. Seasoning
  8. Salt
  9. Onions
  10. Thyme
  11. Curry
  12. 2 tablespoonflour for the filling
  13. 4 tablespoonvegetable oil

Steps

1hr30minutes
  1. 1

    Add flour, baking powder, magarine, mix till it gets crumbly. Add water gradually to get a pliable dough and set aside.

    Add the oil to pan, sauté onions for two minutes. Add the curry and thyme.

  3. 3

    Add the Irish potatoes, diced carrots, mashed fried fish. Allow to cook for some minutes

    Add the 2tablespoon flour to water and add it to the filling on heat. Add seasoning.

  5. 5

    Mix thoroughly and taste for salt.

  6. 6

    Bring down from heat

  7. 7

    Get a cutter, cut out a round circle or any shape of your choice.

  8. 8

    Add the filling, brush the insides with egg wash and seal

  9. 9

    Bake for 35minutes or until it turns brown.
