Stir 2 1/2 boiling water (do not add cold water) into 2 pkgs of jello gelatin in a bowl for 3 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into a 13x9 in pan

Refrigerate 3 hours until firm

Dip bottom of pan into warm water for 15 seconds. Cut into 1 inch squares or use cookie cutter all the way through gelatin and lift from pan
