  • 2chicken thighs
  • 1 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cuptomato sauce (of choice)
  • 1/4 cupgoya sofrito / tomato cooking base
  • 2 sliceMunster cheese

Steps

35 mins
  1. 1

    Mix tomato base, sauce and mayo. Spread over chicken thighs (top and bottom)

  2. 2

    Bake on 375 for 30-45 minutes.

  3. 3

    5 minutes before done cooking, place cheese slices on top and continue cooking till fully cooked and cheese is golden
