I first learned to cook mac n cheese in the crock pot about 20 years ago and it quickly became my favorite. Over the years I've enhanced the recipe given to me by a co-worker to get this recipe myself, just the way my family loves it.

16 ozmacaroni (cooked)
2 1/2 cupMilk
1 1/2 stickButter
3 cupSharp cheddar cheese
2 cupSharp cheddar cheese
2 cupMozzarella cheese
2Eggs
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
2 tspworcestershire sauce

Add cooked macaroni to crockpot.

Add 3 cups of cheddar cheese, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, stick of butter, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and worstershire sauce.

Mix lightly.

Top with 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese.

Cook on low for apx 4-5 hours.

I’ve made it and it’s good but sometime it don’t turn out as great but that’s bc it says 1 1/2 stick of butter but when you mix it it says stick of butter. So is it saying just use the 1/2 stick of butter or the whole stick of butter bc I think that is making the diff when I make it. Also so do you spray your crockpot lightly or no
