1 tspSalt or Fish Sauce
1/2 tbspdry mustard
1 tbspMaple Syrup (or sugar)
3 tbspCider Vinegar
3 cupOlive Oil
2 cupEdensoy (Original) or Soy milk

Place soy milk in food processor (or blender). Add other ingredients and blend on lowest setting.

Drizzle oil into mix.

Optional; add a lemon juice and reduce the vinegar. You can add basil and/or sage and/or oregano.

Keeps in fridge for a few weeks. Very healthy and kids love it.
