Ingredients

1/2 an hr
2 pax
  • 2 pieceGuava
  • Sugar 2 tspoon
  • Kala namak 1 tspoon
  • Black pepper 1 tspoon
  • Strawberry nd dhaniya patta fir Garnishing
  • Potatoes 2 big
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lal mirch 2 t spoon
  • Jeera 1 t spoon
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 2 guavas,wash nd chopped in pieces. Place in mixy by adding kala namak, black pepper, sugar nd little water. Crush it. Pour d mixture in a glass by adding 1/2 crush to 1/2 water ratio. Garnish as u want. 🙂

  2. 2

    For Potato Rissoti, take potatoes nd grate it. Add salt, lal mirch nd jeera. Can add cheese too (optional).

    Mix it well nd before it starts losing water place it in a shallow frying pan adding oil. Fry on both sides by giving a crispy texture.

    Once fried, place in plate and Garnish as u want. Rissoti is ready 🙂
