Steps

Wash and cook rice with 4 cups water and a tsp of oil and salt.Cook till 80% done.Drain and cool.

Take oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and ginger.

Add dry red chillies and saute for a minute.

Add finely chopped beans,carrots,spring onion whites and capsicum.

Saute on high flame till 4 to 5 minutes till vegetables start turning slightly brown.

Add schezwan sauce,salt and vinegar.

Add cooked rice now.

Mix everything well.Garnish with spring onion greens and enjoy.
