Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplong grained rice
  2. 1/2 cupfrench beans
  3. 1/2 cupcarrots
  4. 1/4 cupcapsicum
  5. 2spring onions(white and green seperately chopped)
  6. 8 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 inchginger
  8. 2dried red chillies
  9. 2 tbspSchezwan sauce
  10. 2 tspvinegar
  11. Salt
  12. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cook rice with 4 cups water and a tsp of oil and salt.Cook till 80% done.Drain and cool.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and ginger.

  3. 3

    Add dry red chillies and saute for a minute.

    Add finely chopped beans,carrots,spring onion whites and capsicum.

    Saute on high flame till 4 to 5 minutes till vegetables start turning slightly brown.

    Add schezwan sauce,salt and vinegar.

    Add cooked rice now.

    Mix everything well.Garnish with spring onion greens and enjoy.
