Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgSemolina flour
  2. 1 cupFlour
  3. 1/2 literMilk
  4. 14 gramsBaking powder
  5. 1 pinchSalt
  6. 3Eggs
  7. 1 cupCoconut powder
  8. 1Almonds/peanut
  9. 1 cupCaster Sugar
  10. 1 cupVegetale Oil
  11. 100 gramsCaster sugar
  12. 1 cupWater

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix together the semolina, flower, coconut powder ,baking powder, oil, milk. Set aside for 10 min to rest

  2. 2

    In a small saucepan over slow heat stir together the water, lemon and sugar. Boil for 8 to 10 min

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to 180°, spread butter and semolina into the bottom of the baking dish.

  4. 4

    Slice into squares and place an almond or peanut in the middle of each piece

  5. 5

    Bake for 20min.

  6. 6

    When to top is golden, remove from the oven and poor the syrop over the.hot squares.

  7. 7

    Serve cold.
