Steps

Wash and cut the potatoes and bhindi into 1 inch pieces saperately.

Fry bhindi and potatoes saperately with light salt into it.

Keep it aside.

Make a paste with ginger, garlic and tomatoes.

Finely chop onions.

Take some oil into a pan when its heated add cumin and garam masala powder.

Now add oinion pieces into pan and let it get golden brown.

When onions get its colour add the paste we have made using ginger,garlic and tomatoes.

Let it get cooked till oil start to get saperate from the mix then add turmeric nd chilli powder.

Then add friend potatoes and bhindi inti masala.

Cook it in slow flame for sometime untill everything is mixed and cooked very well.

Then add kitchen king masala and finely chopped coriender leaves.

Ready to serve with parathas or chapatis.
