Ingredients

  • 12 ozDark Chocolate Chips
  • 8 ozUnsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cupHershey's Syrup
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 cupAP Flour
  • 1 1/2 cupCaster Sugar
  • 2 tbspEspresso Powder

Steps

    Preheat Oven 350°F

  2. 2

    Butter & Flour 9x13 Pan

  3. 3

    Melt the Chocolate Chips over low heat, stirring so as not to scorch

  4. 4

    When almost fully melted, add Butter to Chocolate & melt together

  5. 5

    Remove from heat

  6. 6

    Add Hershey's Syrup, Vanilla & Eggs, just slightly beaten and stir well

  7. 7

    Stir in Flour, Sugar & Espresso Powder

  8. 8

    Pour batter into a buttered & floured 9x13 pan

  9. 9

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
