Put Sugar and Little water in a heated pan

Bring it to the boil

Saute' roughly chopped chilies and ginger and garlic with oil in another pan

Add sauteed chilies, ginger, garlic to heated sugar syrup
- 5
Add sliced fish fillet in the pan and add fish sauce, salt.

Add Bokchoy in last and simmer for 20 minutes.
