Cutthe Mushroom in two pieces

In lukewarm water mix wheat flour and put Mushroom pieces and Keep it for 10-15 minutes then strain Mushroom and wash with cold water in a pan boil water and put mushroom for steaming till 10 mins

Prepare paste of two onion, garlic and ginger and green chillies and finely chopped one onion. Make tomato puree of one tomato and Keep half chopped tomato

In a kadhai heat oil put jeera, tejpatta after heating put chopped onion and fri till golden brown

Now add onion paste and stir it continuously add green peas and tomato puree and mix it well

After 10 minutes add kitchen king and fry untill oil removes from mixture

Now mix chopped tomato and kasuri methi mix well

Now add Mushroom and stir it add some water and salt as per taste and cook untill gravy get thiken

Now switch off the gas. Keep Mushrooms in a bowl and pour butter and serve it hot
