Chicken Crispy Tacos (Tacos Dorados de Pollo)

Boil the chicken breast in about 4 cups of water (1 liter) for about 30 minutes, until cooked through. In a separate pan, boil the green chiles and tomatillos to make a flavorful salsa.

Chop the tomato, onion, and lettuce. Once the chiles and tomatillos are cooked, blend them with some of the chicken broth, 1 garlic clove, a little onion, and salt to taste.

Shred the chicken breast. Warm the tortillas until soft and pliable, then fill with shredded chicken and roll them up. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the rolled tacos until golden and crispy. Serve with chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, queso fresco, and crema. Enjoy!
