6Hawaiian bananas
3/4 cupPure cane sugar
1Egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cupMelted butter, salted
1 cupFrozen berries
1 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1 1/2 cupFlour

Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.

Add sugar and egg.

Add butter and berries.

Combine baking soda, baking powder, and flour. Gently stir into banana mixture.

Pour into 12 well-greased muffin cups.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
