  4. 3-4 cupschicken broth
  5. 1 cupheavy cream
  6. 1/2 cupcrème fraiche
  7. cayenne, pepper, salt

    Chop and wash leak

    Cook leak for 30 minutes in butter

    Add broth and potatoes

    Cook until potatoes are done
