  • 3-4 cupschicken broth
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1/2 cupcrème fraiche
  • cayenne, pepper, salt

    Chop and wash leak

    Cook leak for 30 minutes in butter

    Add broth and potatoes

    Cook until potatoes are done
