  1. 3Mushed bananas
  2. 2/3 cupMelted shortening
  3. 5 tbspMilk
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 2 1/2 cupFlour
  7. 1 1/2 cupSugar
  8. 1 tspBaking powder
  9. 1 1/2 tspBaking soda
  10. 1 1/2 tspSalt

    Mix all ingredients together in order.

    Pour into 2 or 3 greased and floured loaf pans or a 9x13 pan.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F Fahrenheit.
