Melt the butter in a pot and add the sliced onion and leave it until it's colour become yellow

Add the meat and leave it for 3 minutes and then flip every peace on the other side and leave it for another 3 minutes

Add the pepper and the cardamom

Add water. Not too much "the water should be at the same level as the meat".

I cover the pot and leave it for 2 hours

Add the salt before the last half hour. If you add the salt at the beginning the meat will not be cooked well
