Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit

Mix the salt, arrowroot powder, cheddar cheese, basil, onions, tomatoes, pepper flakes, and garlic. Spray an oven safe dish with nonstick spray. And put tomato mixture in the dish.

Mix the coconut flour, margarine, and parmesan cheese. Spread on top of tomatoes.

Take the fresh ground pepper sprinkle over the top.

Bake in oven 45 minutes. Stir well. Let sit 10 minutes serve. Hope you enjoy!
